Eating Plants - Tutorial/Explanation?
I just startet the game and I'm still very confused and dont really get what to do (yeah I know eating and growing but... yeah well).
I figured out that the green bar is my speed and the red bar my health. But what is the rest??

I would enoy a Explanation or something for the game :<

futhermore i have reag that u eat plants, seastars and bones at the start in survival as baby. I rarely find seastars and bones and it seems I cant eat plants.
(Or am I eating the right ones? .... what are even the right ones and which are not? xD")

So the bars explained:

- Red, as you guessed is health. It does have a flat regen rate but also gets a heal from eating things.
- Green, is indeed speed. Think of it as your stamina, depending on your enviroment or even your chosen fish. You will need to use this carefully.
- Yellow, this bar represents your ability of your fish if it has one. If the bar is fully yellow all the time, this is most likely because you are playing a fish that has a constant passive ability. An example that comes to mind would be the Piranhas Bleed. That's always active. Other times it represents a more active ability such as the Extra Bite damage for the Burowog where the longer you hold LMB the more damage you do and you get a rough idea with that yellow bar filling up to represent the extra amount of damage up to a maximum (Full bar).

And food explained:

- Plants (Pink cone shaped object normally stuck on surfaces, seperates into 4 or 5 smaller pieces),
poop (least I think it's poop. Brown round shaped object normally stuck on surfaces, seperates into 4 or 5 smaller pieces),
lesser lifeforms (Starfish, pinkish stars on surfaces breaks into 4 or 5 pieces / Purple like mist above large yellow tubes is edible / Shrimp, like a small teardrop shaped fish that swims with a wobble and can be swallowed whole / Seaworm, a fast moving orangey fish shaped like a tiny tube that can be swallowed whole after biting at least once)

That's what I can remember at the time of writing. The above stuff is normally the safest and earliest things you can eat but depending on the fish you play you can and may even go for things like squid, other baby fish, clownfish. Before moving up the scale.

Any bones can be consumed by any fish but you tend to get them from large chunks of meat which you need to break down in order to eat unless you're big enough to swallow whole.

ahhhhh!! Wow man that helped me a lot and gave me a better understanding!

(Something like this would be awesome in the game itself q.q)´

Thanks man for taking the time and effort to explain it so carefully to me! :3

Also when attacking GREAT WHITES get the drop on them first from their tail. This way you can possibly get 2 attacks before he attacks back. Most of the time you can bite and latch on and hold your bite long enough for him to turn his back and then bite him again and repeat! I suggest trying that without using boost while he is fighting something else that is trying to eat his leftovers. That way you can save a full boost to escape if needed!

SPECIAL NOTE:

GREAT WHITES are messy eaters and never get dessert cuz they never finish their meals....This is why they are so angry! :steammocking::steammocking::steammocking::steamhappy::steamfacepalm:
