Unplayable.
So...verified the files. Restarted.

Game still crashes after 2 minutes og game. Wrote to the devs almost a week ago. No answer.
Steer clear of this game. Its a cashgrab and it seems like the devs have moved on.

Game works fine for me and most others, they are working on it, the survival update was not to long ago, and added more depth to the game. Hope it starts working for you its a fun game. :emofdr:

I ended up refunding the game due to the devs not responding to a support request... i had waited a fair amount of time also but never heard from em I followed everything to a T concerning how they would like you to trouble shoot and posted in the bug part of this forum and also sent them an email with the log they speak of users needing to send. the FPS count on the river level was horrendous and just about unplayable (i'm sure i am not alone) and im able to run most modern games to date. I have seen posts on here going back a few years and this game is still in early release? It seems as though the devs have much bigger fish to deal with in their life and really don't care much about getting this game going in a fully playable state anytime soon. It is a fun and enjoyable game but only on certain levels that they have got working right. hopefully they get things going right one of these days and soon enough it dont look super outdated by the time it is ready for an actual release.

I purchased the game however when I try to play it I get a pop up that indicates "you'll need a new app to open this steam link. Look for an app in the micro soft store". I go there and cant find anything that will help. Please advise as I would prefer to play rather than ask for a refund. Please advise ASAP. Frustrated.

Did you purchase it through steam? And have you tried the troubleshooting list the devs had provided on the report a bug page here in the forums?

What absolute bollocks. The game runs. Perhaps not the best optimised, but it's a playable game.

The devs also are working on it still, granted slowly.

If you have issues running it, you may not have a powerful enough PC, or have OS/Driver issues.

Im not sure. But running the witcher 3 flawlessly shoud make my charcoal i7 computer run this just a tad better than sub par.
Drivers are optimized. Yet still i need to verify the files everytime i play it. And allways theres 2-3 files that needs repairing.

And the devs have STILL not responded to my post... but i guess thats my computer failing to send a mail because its so slow?

The devs don't really talk here.

I know. I was talking to you.

Sent a file to the devs specifically as pr their instructions.
Just checked...3 files needed repairing. Again

Don't be snide.

The game runs on literally every other person's computer, so why not yours, hmm?

What rig are you running?

That's more than enough to run the game, so that's good news.

What is your disk drive/SSD? Is it acting up? Etc?

Because I can quite literally run the game right now with no issues.
Disco Panda Nov 14, 2019 @ 7:42am
Dunno where to find ssd info. But only thing acting up is this game. :/

Same here, never had a problem with the game. Have you tried completely uninstalling it, i mean going through your files and deleting everything, not just the uninstall steam does? That has helped me with other titles with similar issues. GL hope you get it working, it is a lot of fun.
