What Does the refinery on the cruiser do?
I was wondering what it did because I havn't used it. Also how do I save my ships that our out of fuel. I've sent tankers but it doesn't work... maybe im doing it wrong. :CrossedBlades:

It makes Fuel (Good for extending range through uncolonized systems)

Watch out as it won't stop making fuel even when full, and won't appear in the idle fleets list when making fuel.

Yes. Ships, tankers, support DN's and other refineries too. Also, refining uses a small amount of resources.

If your tankers aren't filling the ships you send them to, you might have that problem with the refineries as well. It's been a little while, but if I'm remembering correctly, you can select the refueling action the same way you would the repair, mining, or colonization actions.

Not sure about that, though.

Ah, yes, of course Auto-Refuel should be on for that. But since it's on by default...
