For example: I am deciding between next researching Green Lasers or Pulsed Fission. To decide I want to learn the speed of my faction's Pulsed Fission Drive and the damage difference between Red Lasers and Green Lasers.

So I open the Ship Sections page, and see Pulsed Fission Section under P Cont..
Then I open the Weapons page and click Energy Weapons under E and then go to both the Red Lasers page and the Green Lasers page.
