If you're refering to {LINK REMOVED} this gifts, they're not redeemable, they are benefits. In example: In the case of the image, if you get a strike, you've 90% chances of been helped by the network to pay the fine.

im talking about the monthly gifts you are suppose to get from companies after u reach lvl 3 with them
like mantendo i have lvl 4 with them and im getting no monthly gifts from them

Yeah, like I responded there, a simple way to get them to actually care about the games they put out is opt out of buying future games. If they're not fixing the game they're not doing their jobs and there's no reason to pay them when you already know they're going to do the same with the next product.
