can't move out to luxery apartment.

When im supposed to move out of the 2-room loft i can't press the move button. I think it is becouse i haven't paid the last bills, becouse it says totall to pay, but what does that mean and how do i fix it?

Total to pay is simply the accumulated total of your monthly rent and collaborator salaries. If you've failed to pay the previous month's bills, you should have automatically paid for it by simply bringing yourself out of negative funds, leaving you with just the current month's bills to pay for at the end of it, as usual.

If you still have a grayed-out move button after attaining stable funds once more, you may want to check if there are any tasks left for you to do before moving on up in your housing. Is moving to the luxury apartment literally your next main task in the game?

I just got to the apartment. I hired a collaborator almost immediately, but when I got upstairs, I didn't see the 2nd pc set.

You don't get it automatically after hiring; you have to purchase it once a transparent silohoutte appears where it would be. Did Future You say that you could purchase one? The extra PC's are not available to purchase until a Tutorial pop-up appearing saying you can do so.

On a serious note, when I played this game during summer break last year, it was there when you moved in. So a bit weird for me.

You need to make your collaborator upload 5 videos before you can buy the upstairs PC.
