What do you have to do in network assignments

i join a network but i did not know what are network assignments?
Please help

Do you know by any chance where the board is for the penhouse (i think) ( the one where u can have 32 employs

Um... 32 employees?.. I think the game only allows you a maximum of 5 characters, including you.
Anyway, int the next to the last house the board is right next to the exit.
