Cannot get subscribers fast enough

So I have 4million subs and I am trying to become 1st u-tuber. This seems practically impossible. I am currently number 27 and the tubers above gain subscribers very fast. My collaborators are in their max levels but only product like 5-10k subs at most per video. Which is too slow. The only way i have found to get like 50k per video is making collab videos, but then i will have to grind playing the insanely boring card game to make the videos(there's no way i am grinding this). Is there a real way to actually get subs without having to replay the same things over and over ?
