Controllers not working on Youtuber Life

The controller works fine on steam Big picture mode but do not work in the game.
used nintendo switch controller and ps3

Is it not working at all? Or it's just not working properly?

Hi!

Only the left analog stick for controlling up, down, left, right works. The rest of the buttons do not work in the game.
