Fashion Channel- Cannot create new outfit

I have tried to start a couple of new games playing on the fashion channel but I cannot create a second outfit. It lets me create the first one with or without tutorial but after that the sewing station workstation will not allow me to create a new set. I have purchased new clothes and the option to upgrade that station is also not available yet. What am I missing?

You need to click on your avatar after creating a new outfit and review the result. Otherwise you won't be able to start the creation of a new one.
