Cooking Channel - the Mister Chef Celebreties - Bugs?

I have nearly finished my Cooking Youtubers. They're living in the space ship and have around 10 M subscribers. The next goal would be to win the "Mister Chef Celebreties", but there is no event like that, also I am not able to cook in a restaurant. How can I proceed here?

Besides I keep kicked out of my network, because I cannot get enough new subscribers. I think, this is due to the fact of my high numbres of subscribers. Just not enough interested people around. Even my best videos will only give like 20 new subscribers, when it used to be 2000. Is this normal in the final stage?

Then I experienced the "not working bug" on the "boss"Youtuber. It probably happened after a Vlog Video that should have been processed and uploaded, but I seemed to have clicked somewhere in between to reject a chat request and the vlog was gone. But ever since then, my youtuber is not working on a video anymore, she occassionally has the bulp over her head, but she is not working. Quiting the game did not fix it, so basically she is useless other than buying stuff and going to parties.Is there another way to fix it?
