Can we please get a 'no tutorial' option

Everytime I want to start a new game, that annoying tutorial pops up that railroads me for 30 mins to an hour.

You must finish first tut to skip them in future. When you start game, on the up of the screen clik "Skip Tutorial"

The problem is, if you switch computers, you have to do it again. It's silly, give me the option to skip from the get go.
