Broken Conveyor Belt

Helium 3 trolley is on the conveyor belt.
The belt is powered and moving.
The door between the two rooms is open.
The trolley sits motionless on the moving conveyor belt and will not move the trolley forward through the 4 dangling electrified wires.
Your avatar and the ASE are both affected by the conveyor belt normally.
The room containing the H3 trolley is no longer accessible, because the powered energy container is now locked in the power slot for the conveyor belt.
The trolley is aligned centrally on the conveyor, as close to the door as possible prior to door opening.
This bug is reproducible. I tried suiciding on the electrified wires and then positioning the trolley more carefully in the hope that that would fix the bug.
The trolley does seem to be slightly above the surface of the conveyor, but the conveyor seems to have a fairly generous zone of affect.

Okay... I redid it three times and managed to get it to pass through on the third attempt. It seems like it is just very sensitive to positioning on the conveyor belt. I took care to place it centrally and a little away from the door.

I had the same issue, repeated it but made sure the Helium was perfectly in the middle and right against the door and it worked.
