Crashing while entering moon base first time

Just got the game and Played it.
As soon i reached the moonbase via the Lift the game crashed.

- Verified Gamefiles
- Restart

Not working. everytime on the same spot.

Does this happen exactly when you get control of the astronaut or earlier?

no. just see the elevator lowering to the moon surface and then crash. right in the cut sequence.
was pretty hard since i didn´t feel that the game is doing any quicksave events. but then i realized -> yes it does xD luckily.

but still. i can´t get past that point.

Addition:
within the path you describet in your bug report info (MoonMan/Saved/) is no Log folder. eg: no logs can be served.

About the DXDiag it would not be good to paste it public. due to significant personal details within this report. if you have an email adress where i can mail it or maby direct contact via steam i would be very pleased to help in any possible way =)

Same Problem here. I see the Scene from the Moon an then the Game crash to Desktop.

Same issue
After launching the rocket to the moon and the text in front of the moon, the game crashes.
If I continue the game or if I select the "Pearson Spacestation" in the menu, it also crashes to the Unreal Engine 4 Chrash Reporter.

i have take the file-search from windows and, it give me 10x an DefaultEngine.ini .
i try the .ini from moonman but not is change. I have new install, no change.
After the video from the rocketlaunch and the szene with the gamename is game come the UE4 crash.

Hello everyone!

You could help remco much by just posting your UE4Minidump.dmp that is located under
C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\MoonMan\Saved\Crashes\{crash folder}\UE4Minidump.dmp

if there is more than one folder just post the dumbs from every folder!

He will appreciate your help :)
