Journey's End isn't unlocking

That's the hologram at the upper room you get to through the broken monorail car right?
I've activated that hologram multiple times now but it isn't unlocking Find me #5. That's the last entry I need for the achievement.

ok, after closing and reloading the game, I couldn't even play that holo anymore, it would just stop after half a second or so. But when I scanned the computer console (which I already did before), the holo could be played again and the achievements unlocked.

Seemed the computer scan also unlocked an achievement I didn't get before? Really weird.

Anyway, got the achievements and the game crashed immediately after. So.. still a good ending I guess

The game was great though. Really liked it. And with rtx enabled, the visuals were breathtaking.
