Options for Motion Blur and Inertia
Is there an option to turn down or off the Motion Blur?

And the weird delay when starting to walk?

Or is the main character drunk at the start of the game? That would at least explain both.

Hi barefootwalk,

For the motion blur, could you try to go to Settings > Advanced and then set the 'anti aliasing' to low or medium? Does this fix your problem?
About the delay when you start walking, there is no way to turn that off. Does it get better when the game switches to third person? In any case, I've noted the issue and we'll look into it.

The feeling of inertia is less noticable in third person (it's the start walking animation causing this I guess?). It just makes for a weird first impression before putting the suit on.

Reducing the anti-aliasing reduces the nauseating effect I think, but it's still irritating.

It doesn't help that quick camera turns, especially in rooms with a couple of light sources, reduces my fps to slide show for half a second, regardless of graphical settings (even in all low). That's something I feel my GTX1070 should be able to handle under normal circumstances.

The motion blur is brutal to my framerate (regardless of Anti Aliasing).
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Seconded on the motion blur - a quick mouse move results in a half-second of nausea-inducing single-digit framerates.

Hi Zonta,

I'm sorry to hear that, we don't want you to feel nauseous! Currently I can only offer you a workaround. Recently another user posted the settings he changed in the .ini file. Hopefully this will help for you as well!
