For the motion blur, could you try to go to Settings > Advanced and then set the 'anti aliasing' to low or medium? Does this fix your problem?
About the delay when you start walking, there is no way to turn that off. Does it get better when the game switches to third person? In any case, I've noted the issue and we'll look into it.
Reducing the anti-aliasing reduces the nauseating effect I think, but it's still irritating.
I'm sorry to hear that, we don't want you to feel nauseous! Currently I can only offer you a workaround. Recently another user posted the settings he changed in the .ini file. Hopefully this will help for you as well!
