Sparkling Cables

Does anyone know how to find a way through the high voltage cables after the monorail? I'm sick of getting zapped and have never made it through.

It's been awhile since I've played, and I'm not sure what level you're on, but I know that if there are live wires, there's often a terminal of some sort where you can pull out/put in a battery. Look around for a to-the-side door, or maybe an ASE terminal(?).
