Problem with start sequence

I only can operate step 1+2 of the start sequence. Step 3: Buttons for the Aux. Power Unit are not active/operational. What am I doing wrong?

Stupid me, I missed the correct slider position of step 2, sorry for bothering you but thx for the reply!
