Has anybody already discovered the black monolith in the lunar crater? Maybe a little reference to a well-known movie....

I'm just very amused. And want to motivate others to keep their eyes open for other easter eggs. I like developers with a pinch of humor. Take a look at my screenshots to find the spot. It is possible if you use the rover on the lunar surface for the first time.

Didn't see anything remotely resembling that :D....Did get the domes and sun in the right alignment, and saw the main crater with the two little ones to the left and the sliver of the tower in the upper left, but no monolith for me...so sad.

Hi, I played the chapter again and it took me 20 minutes to find out how I did it on the first run. But its very simple. Just drive out the hangar, go around the buildung. If you are exactly on the back and you see the three golden bulildings in front of you on the other side of the crater. Then just drive down the hill in the direction of the right golden sphere. There's also another little easter egg kinda close by (nearer to CM), with another type of historical reference. I thought it was a nice touch. Didn't find the monolith until your post though. Cool little details!
