Can we choose the difficulty level in the game ? (Too difficult by using keyboard)
I stuck in somewhere (Aries zone) and can't finish the task that transport 4 energy bars into the right place ( I keep fail to get the 3rd energy bar and dead by electricity over 30 times )..omg i always keep under great pressure when i play it . It is too difficult to play the game by using keyboard. Can add the difficult level for someone like me love the game so much but cannot enjoy the story of the game. (and stop to play it after 35 trying and fail at last) !!

P.S i finished the game successfully after i using the way that suggested by developer. Thx

Personally I've found it much easier to navigate through the electricity cables when I use Q (or E) to rotate until I'm horizontally aligned with the cables. Then I can just float through using the left and right buttons instead of having to go up and down.

Hope this helps!

Hi swpauhk,

Another 2 cents, the game also supports playing with a controller if that would make it easier for you than mouse + keyboard.

Sorry, i don't have any controller and i don't think so it would be easier when i use controller. I always playing survival pc games by using keyboard with mouse. I feel difficult because the character keep floating and can't go through the cables smoothly.

Btw , what is cents short for?

Cents is referring to US currency it's just an expression people use when they suggest an idea that may help in the situation being discussed. Usually it's expressed as 'my 2 cents worth'

A controller at Walmart is $15. I can't imagine trying to play this on the keyboard.

Actually it is easier if you line up the cables so they are viewed vertically then just move between them.

This zone is where my game ends for me. I`ve been grilled for dozends of times and then set back to the beginning. And before I will break my beloved xbox-controller I move on to another game in my pile o shame. I am not at work. It has to be fun .Farewell game with the best sci fi athmosphere.....

Hey Bruce,

I'm sorry to see you've gotten stuck! As mentioned above there are some methods to make this section easier on yourself.

When using the LB or RB buttons on your Xbox controller you can tilt yourself sideways. If you align yourself horizontally with the shelves, it should be easier for you to dodge the electrical hazards.

I hope that helps!

I have to say, getting the energy modules to start the rotation engine is the most frustrating thing I've played recently. What's frustrating is that the entire puzzle resets if you get electrocuted. You need to have save points after each energy cell is completed otherwise it's way too frustrating to complete. The biggest issue is that in 1st person, you have no sense of size of your body so even when you think you are clear and won't get electrocuted you end up failing.

It's indeed a frustrating part of the game. Add to that you basically got 2 tries before you die (I think health regenerates if you wait a bit before continuing after one hit? That is, if you are lucky enough to not be pushed into another cable..).

Not sure how I got through it the first time, on my second playthrough I had great difficulties. Add to that, I replayed the space station part 3 times... since I overlooked something lol.

Anyway, the tip from the dev helped, aligning yourself 90 degrees "sideways" made controls a bit easier (or I might just have gotten lucky again).

Hello everyone,

We've read your feedback and have decided to improve the 'Shelf Puzzle' in Pearson Space Station. In the next patch there will be a change to make you die less easily. ;)
