Hi there FleetAdmiral_Juarez,

That is odd. The intro cutscene (starting with the visual of planet Earth) is skippable. By holding 'space' (keyboard) or 'B' (controller) a bar in the lower right corner should fill up. Once completely filled, the cutscene will be skipped.

As for the second problem. Could you follow the steps in this thread:

Interesting method of cutscene skipping, I presume to avoid accidental inputs?

To OP, I find it odd that someone would purchase a heavily narratively-driven game, basically an interactive movie, and wish to skip the prologue :Speech_Confused:

The first time cutscenes are interesting since they tell you why you are "here" and probably how you get involved into the trouble you are. But then cutscenes are kind of annoying.

Some games note internally you watched the intros and skip them at the next start; you later have the chance to re-watch intro and cutscenes from an "Extras" menu section.

The way it is solved in DUTM is pretty convenient. Would be nice to skip the holographic records during the game as well, if you accidentially command your bot to replay an already-watched record.
