Just started playing this again, and I noticed that buildings take forever to build now. Is this a new thing, or a bug? I've got the game on speed x5, and the bar is barely moving with several peasants sitting there pounding away and sawing.

Hi, I'm at the store page for the collection and it doesn't give me the option to buy it? Clicking the 3rd party EULA at the side only gives me a link to 2 legal policy pages on Paradox Plaza and no option to agree. How do I go about buying the game?
