how is the game for non vr users?

Hi I am interested in buying this game but I have heard issues with the FOV and controls. Can anyone tell me if the game is good for people without vr?

Phenomenal. I've never had an issue with the game on m&k.

Terrible. With a controller (x360), it's weird to move around. Not sure why the hell you have to shoot both ropes and then release one of them so the other will retract. Tried toggling advanced rope, but there was no difference. If that's how it's supposed to work, it'd need a tutorial. Anyway, the experience just sucks all in all, controls feel heavy, clunky, unnatural.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I'd recommend playing Valley instead.
