Problems with textures

Hello, I have problems with textures on the license. In the place where the library and the mystery of the "bridge of books" are located, clouds usually float on the bottom, as well as flashing light bulbs and soft lighting. On the old pirated version of 2012, there is no such thing. What could be the problem? I bought the license because of the Russian language and to support the developers with money. If it would be possible, I would attach screenshots and a comparison of graphics, so that you can understand everything.
