theres no music in the menu or in game the music is turned all the way up but no music plays

How can there be a fix when the game plays music and sounds just fine, so that the reason it does not on your system would likely be your system and you give no clues about your system?

the sound effects and sounds work just not the music and my system is
windows 10 pro 64 bit
nvidea geforce 1060
8 G ram
intel i5 6600k

I had the same problem. I basically just went into the options and adjusted the music and then exited the game and turned up my system's audio. Everything worked.
