Yes they were on sale a few months ago at $65ish but unavailable atm and the free licence glitch dont work anymore.

That method has been fixed months ago sadly so right now for real this time there is no way to get the game anymore on steam

You can still get it from a different place, so add it to your collection from GameJolt. Whole game's in the .exe, which is cool.
