Look for where your save files are. In my case(Windows 8), I found it in the following;

C:\Users\*Your User Name*\AppData\Roaming\MMFApplications

You should find two files called "fnafw1", which holds your save files, and "info", which as far as I know, tells the game you saw the very introduction.

Hope it helps.

Yes there is way in-game to reset everything. On the file-select screen (where to pick slot 1-3), hold down the END button your keyboard for 5 seconds. This will close the game, and erase the save file completely. Just restart the game!

Delete System:32, that should erase all data on your Comp.
Just buy a new one, and bam! Reset.
Or, you could just delete the save files in MMFApplications.

I did this with my game and the clock ending popped up before moving onto the actual game, was this intended?

I'm tempted to play the game again, so if I do, I'll check that out. Did you beat the Clock Ending before you reset, or did it just pop up without beating it?
