What software does Scott use to model the FNAF World Characters and where can I get it?

Magicraftcat is right. The software Scott uses to model the characters in all his games (including FNaF) is 3DS Max. It's supposedly some very efficient and versotile software but sadly it is very costly. It's kind of like Adobe Creative Suite: it allows you to use amazing tools to make great things but at a cost.

If you're looking for free 3D modeling software then I would recommend Blender. It's cool, it's interesting, and best of all, you can get it on Steam for free!

Adding to that, there is also another free mobile app by Autodesk for tablets. It's called 123D Sculpt+ . It has some limitations, but it can give you a MASSIVE head start in modeling. You can transfer those models to other apps like Blender for further tweaking and animation.
