Clock 4: In the Mysterious mines to the left of the top of Lilygear Lake.
Clock 5 (Final clock): Pinwheel Funhouse: Just look around until you see it. Don't fight Bubba until you find it. It's in part of the funhouse where there is grass, and isn't where you first spawn into it.
After that, fight Bubba, then Porkpatch, retrieve the key, go to the area to the left of the top of Lilygear Lake, and near the bottom of that part, you'll see a portal. Enter it, and you beat the clock ending!
