If you wonna do it legit take you're time and kill all the enemies one by one, make sure to take your time by the lasers, and remember to avoid cupcakes(don't take paths that only give you a cupcake). When you get to Scott find a place where you are close to enough to hit him and only the ceiling laser can hit you, then spam.

Neon Wall 2 only lasts for 3 secounds and it's gone by the time it's a different character's turn.

Plus virus gets rid of the rainbow enemys instantly if you plan on fighting the Rainbow.
Nightmare BB is also only character with Balloons 2.
