Fnaf world fixed party

I have been trying to get the Universe End Endning, but i only get the 2 first rows of characters in fixed party. i have already gotten Fredbear in a previous adventure game, so I don't understand why i cant choose him. Anyone who can help?

You need to unlock every character (even the update 2 ones) in order to unlock every character in fixed party. Also note that the update 2 characters can't be used in fixed party, which makes update 2 nearly impossible without appdata editing.
