How the hell do you beat freddy in space with no cupcakes?

I'm broke man. These darn games are just nuts! And I can never make it to the final boss at more than 50 hearts!

Well, don't touch the Metalmen, and crouch under their guns to evade taking damage from their projectiles. When you reach Scott's head, and you have more than 50% health, simply standing still and hammering the shoot button as fast as you can should be enough to beat him.

very late to this comment, for any of those looking for answers on this page, I have somewhat of a solution.
1: Avoid taking damage as much as possible (obvious)
2: Spam the shoot button on every enemy you absolutely HAVE to kill. This will kill them way faster
3: When spamming the shoot button, if you can, stop moving. It's easier that way.
4: Try shooting the floating blob things and killing them. It will make your life a whole lot easier.
5: Avoid unnecessary enemies, and just get to the fight
6: Spam the attack button on Scott as fast as you can, and I mean at the speed of light. Do this while crouching.
