I don't know how to unlock the all character fixed party mode so i can get the world ending trophy

Charactes from Update2 can't be used in fixed party mode.

i know but when i click fixed party i just get the 1st two rows

You have unlock the characters in a slot in adventure mode.
Then start a new game in the same slot and you'll have the characters unlocked for fixed party.

Before erasing the main slot with all the characters, try with a different slot... like unlock some characters under the second row and see if it unlock those characters in fixed party.

If that don't work... sorry but I don't know how to help you.
