Purple Screen after launching game
Anyone else have the issue when loading the game all that shows is a full screen on purple/pink? There is background music and I somehow managed to load the first level, but still a purple/pink screen....

I had the same problem and it's due to corrupted data files for this game in the Steam Cloud. To fix it, you have to either flush out your Steam Cloud files for this game, or delete the data files after disabling Steam Cloud. Both will reset your progress.

No I tried many things but in the end I just got a refund.

I found all I had to do was reboot my machine and it was good.
