Setup Menu???
I only owned the Vive for two days, and this is by far the best game I tried. Now to my question: Is there a setup menu in the game, and how do I open it? Is it possible to adjust the sound levels in the game? I would like to turn up all dialog a bit - I'm normally using hearing aids, but they don't work with headphones, so I have to play without my aids. I'm not totally deaf, but i don't hear so well at 1khz-5khz, and therefore human voices can be hard to understand, because they drown in all the other sound effects and music.

Hey, sorry but the game doesn't currently support changing the volume for different channels, but I do use a volume mixer in the background which has the VO on a different channel, so it seems feasible that I could implement a enhanced vocal setting. I'll need to test the theory first so I can't confirm if/when it would be added but I will look at it as a priority.

Hi Ryan - You for sure has proved, that you don't need a big development team, to make a great game ;-) I hope it will be possible for you to do something with the VO channel, it's a little bit hard to solve the "puzzles" when I can't make out what I'm told do. But no matter what, thanks for the reply, and thanks for a excellent game.

I have the same problem with the dialog, I couldn't understand much of what the preacher said or anything of Dr Green explaining the background story because the music was so loud.

Subtitles would be ideal but failing that please implement separate volume controls for music and dialog. The game is great but I am missing a lot of it because of this problem.

For what it's worth, I think the voice volume in this game is set too low in general. Voices are a lot quieter than every other game I've played on my Vive (music may be quieter too, but it's not as much of an issue). It would improve things a lot if you added a volume control for each channel. Current settings should only be about 75% or so, so that we can pump up the volume a bit.

Also, the voice volume right now is set too low compared to the music. That's true even if your hearing is fine. Even if you don't add a slider, I think you should consider upping the voice volume a bit.

Totally agree with this... in the part where the Dr. is explaining stuff I could barely hear any of it. I cranked the volume up to full and still had trouble. Got a big surprise when I played a different game... ouch! ;p
