Report a translation problem
For devs, you want to keep in mind that many countries don't even use this kind of lock. I live in US but I always hated this kind of lock and had very tough time opening the lock. I can't imagine anyone figuring this out if they have no previous experience of using this kind of lock
I had to google how this type of lock works, but even then it was very difficult to make it work. After looking at a YouTube video of a walkthrough, I tried and tried, again and again, and finally got it open.
Spin left until you hear the click, release your thumb from the trackpad.
Spin right until you hear the click, release your thumb from the trackpad.
Spin left until you hear the click, release your thumb from the trackpad.
Nothing else I did worked until I realized I had to keep the pad in my hand, but let go of the wheel between spins.
