Issues with achievement?

Hello, I just need advice for the achievement "Ready For the Big Leagues". I've looked up how to do it, but everybody seems to be using controller or is on xbox.

I'm using PC controls and I don't know how to move the ball over the net and get it in. I'm just throwing it and even if it goes through after "dropping" it in, it doesn't work.

Any advice is appreciated.

it work it gives you the accessory but it just does't give you the achievement
