In the launcher, before you click the "Play" button, go to the tab where it says "Inputs" and you can edit your controls there.

well, how do you crouch cause lots of others can and i cant...

@erquilt Like in most games, the default crouch button is left control (CTRL).

If that isn't working then start up the launcher, go into the Input tab, and find where it says "Crouch" and see what key that is bound to. You can either edit that key to one you like (I personally use C or left control) by double-clicking on it, or keep it as is.
