Possibility of LAN
Will this game get LAN capabilities at all? I know of the split screen mode but what if two players who own the game want to play the game without internet on two seperate PC's. Plus it's limited to two players only in split screen mode (obviously).

It would be so much fun to be able to LAN this game with 4 or more players. Some people out there do not always have access to the internet and right now the only way to really enjoy this game is through the use of internet.

I second this, it should also help with some of the multiplayer derpyness due to lower latency.

I agree, it would be a nice addition.

You could play LAN by creating a private game with a password :/

Not LAN. That will still attempt to utilize the internet to connect with each other.

This game used to have LAN; they removed it a while ago. I still don't know why, and I'm not very happy about it.

Well no, nice ideo but it's unintelligent? If you're here, downloaded the game from the internet, had the other person download the game from the internet, why can't you just play OVER THE INTERNET? (P.S. No they probably won't bring out LAN, there simply isn't enough people playing the game and it barely makes profit)

I get your point, but I usually visit friends that do not always have internet access but have cash to buy games. I give them temporary access to internet via sharing my mobile data with them. Only for them to purchase the game on steam, then install a backup I have made of the game that has the latest update. Its not an unintelligent idea. Maybe far-fetched for some but it would still be a nice feature. Too many games nowadays rely on permanent internet connection, something which we here in South-Africa have problems with. Plus why not add LAN? This game could be insanely fun when all you have is a switch and some steam accounts with the game purchased.
