Questionable artwork origins

Just kinda concerned about how "heavily influenced" some of the artwork in the game is by other artworks. Most notably to me, not having gotten far yet, is the art of the Phoenix in the book by the Buddha statue and then again in the door puzzle switching hexagonal pieces around.
Googling "Phoenix" gives me one particularly similar result in the very first few images.
I have noticed this before in these hidden object games but this one was so blatant I had to mention it. :(
I am disappointed that it is too late for me to refund the game on account of traced/lazy artwork in what was probably the result of trying to push out many games quickly for more money.
