Yeah, no. Maybe in a scenario. In the default freeplay it would most certainly not be cool. It would be
frustrating, annoying, and game-breaking, and result in hundreds (thousands?) of complaints and refund requests. Having random insta-kill events in a game where you spend hundreds of hours building a base is
