Another thing, I said that I did turn off any background music the second time, and they still claimed that it is copyrighted.
Anyways, it has been months since I posted this, and I kind of forgotten that I even posted this (sorry about that).
I think it has something to do with article 13. UMG even claimed copyrighted material on my voice at some point (not even joking, they claimed 30 seconds from my voice talking over my stream).
It is frustrating for streamers, because they can claim anything, and get away with it. If you do try and dispute it, they will take week, most of the time months to reply to you (yep, did that, took 2 weeks for a reply). What's worst is that they don't even give you a proper contact person/department on handling this issue, they literally just let you bounce from one department to another hoping that you will give up at some point.
Did I mention that this only happens on facebook? On twitch nothing is being claimed and I stream on the two platforms with the same content.
