I want to play the game, it used to run fine but it's been a few months. I gave up after 8 hours of going from 50% to 66%. Please help!

The only thing that looks kind of weird to me is this line:

0.528 [0]: \\.\DISPLAY1 - Microsoft Basic Display Driver {0x05, [0,0], 1920x1080, 32bit, 64Hz}

But maybe that's just some intended laptop weirdness. I'm not really familiar with how laptops handle GPUs. Otherwise the logs don't show anything useful to me. Is the game even using and system resources during the wait?
You iGPU doesn't have a functional driver, that should be fixed regardless.

Fixing that may help as laptops pass the rendering data from the dedicated card through the iGPU to the monitor and that may be breaking/slow beyond reason.
nah man it looks like somethng odd is haepping to how factrio is trying to alocate VRAM to the gpu and igpu. alsoboth the igpu and gpu are ablosute units that would be far more powerful then my comptuer like 5 times over. but it seams factrio doesn't know how to get thsoe textrues to fit on the gpu and igpu simosantly and is stuck in a lading texture loading loop. also his two gpus being the igpu and the gpu both comnibed would have been able to actly run factrio witha huge amonut of mods very very very very fast. so it looks like windows messed up or factrio messed up withte texture file loading geting stuck in a loop. thats what i see in the logs.
also sense space age factrio needs to be poked and proded every time its a fresh install you have to like keep clicking the factri app or program tab like if your where playing a cookie clicker game to get it to actly do anything due to a bug that seams that never got fixed form multiplatform testing for some odd real reason.

First time I've heard of that, and I regularly read the bug reports on the official Factorio forums. Got a reference to a bug report talking about it? 'cuz now I'm curious.
I was having the same problem as OP mentioned. I found that I had a conflict in graphics drivers on my laptop. My laptop has an AMD cpu with integrated graphics and a dedicated Nvidia 3060 gpu. Uninstalling my AMD Radeon drivers seems to have eliminated the conflict between the two driversets and now the game loads up quickly. I haven't tested any further yet other than loading the game, but I wanted to pass on my experience in the hope that it is helpful to you.

Update: The game seems to be running normally.
