Error with rare quality mech armor

Error with rare quality mech armor. When I put a rare hexoskeleton it does not give any speed buff.
I have put the same exoskeleton on a normal armor and it does give the speed buffs. This happened when I put a "standard quality" reactor on my armor, before it worked fine

If you have other equipment like roboports or shields you have to wait for those to fill their internal batteries first.

Yes, I know, but even though they are charged, they do nothing.

I literally have rare legs in a rare mech armor; and they work fine.

There's a missing factor here.

Did some testing and the toggle exoskeleton button state is stored in the armor itself. So if you switch armors each armor remembers if their exoskeletons are on or off. So op probably just clicked it or pressed the shortcut(alt + e) for his rare armor.
