Says that something is conflicting with SE.
An error message appears in the menu screen as a background and says this:

This scenario level caused a non-recoverable error.

You can see at the bottom it repeatedly says "Error getting stacktrace: failed to read executable info"
Not sure what's causing it.

The error literally tells you: the culprit is whatever mod added the item with the internal name/id of blank-gui-item.
The thing is, I don't know which mod is adding the item.

Well... then you have your work cut out for you, finding out either by process of elimination - i.e. starting games iteratively taking mods out until suddenly 'it works' meaning the last one you axed was the bad one; or by opening up each mod's zipped contents and inspecting the item types they create, until you find the problematic one.

The latter will probably take far longer than the former though; because items can be created dynamically, so in an unlucky case you'd have to pour through all the Lua script code to find the offending mod.

Also; you can speed things up a lot by already placing aside any other mods that the SE author Earendel authored, as non-suspect. Because they aren't going to make mods that are known-incompatible with SE and then not place them on SE's compatibility block list.

Looking @ your crash log, try removing "YIR - Uranium Power Trains" as that loads between Vehicle Wagon 2 & SE

Thanks, I deactivated Uranium Power Trains and Vehicle Wagon. However, it still crashed after a few simulations.
The issue you're having is related to an incompatibility that SE has with an item type used by version 1.3.0+ of Memory Storage. This will eventually get resolved on SE's end. In the meantime, you can download version 1.2.15 from the mod portal and place the zip file in your mods folder (after deleting later versions of the Memory Storage mod from there). Once the incompatibility is resolved on SE's end, you'll be able to update back to the latest version again.
