Stone Furnace

I'm wanting to produce Stone Furnaces in a steel furnace to automate creating steel furnaces. The recipe requires 5 stones to create one stone furnace. The problem is the furnace creates stone bricks and I don't see any way to change it to produce stone furnaces.

A furnace is basically just a turbocharged oven. It just heats things up. Nothing more. If you want automated furnace production you need to use an assembling machine.

In vanilla, you "craft" a stone oven from 5 stone, you do not "smelt" a stone furnace. Despite the look of the stone furnace, it is not made of bricks (it'd be hard to bake bricks without a furnace in the first place).

If you notice, you cannot "smelt" any smeltable items in your personal inventory, pretty much because you don't have a "fuel" bar that consumes fuel to produce an item. Thus, make an assembler that takes in stone and makes stone furnaces.

By the way, stone furnaces are NOT used to make steel furances in vanilla Factorio. Thus you are using a MOD and telling us the MOD name can get you more specific help.
