i think this migt be a problem
make sure you have sprite resolution: normal, and high quality animations disabled.
also there are mods to help with vram load, like "no animations"

but at the same time, it loads some nvidia driver on the next line?
looks like problem with drivers
The display adaptor on a laptop is usually the iGPU, which will be an Intel GPU for your system, with a driver not meant for anything much beyond allowing you to get by until you have a real one it may be a major bottleneck.
