Enabling blueprint library cloud sync on a new installation erases blueprint library
A while back, I installed factorio on my work computer to kill some time. I enabled blueprint library cloud sync to pull my blueprint library from my personal computer, but my blueprint library remained empty.
When I went back home, I launched factorio on my personal computer only to find my blueprint library was empty there too.

I brushed this off as teething issues and figured it would be addressed by the official release.

Fast forward to yesterday, I have a new computer at work, and some down time.
I installed factorio, enabled cloud sync, and my blueprint library was still empty.
I launch factorio on my personal computer this morning and my blueprint library was wiped out again.

Fortunately I had a backup of my blueprints in a creative world, so the damage was minimal.
But it would be great if I didn't have to go through this every time I install factorio on another computer.

As far as I can tell, installing on another computer seems to trigger this, but it might also be triggered by just a new install in general, or even disabling and reenabling cloud syncing.
Though I have not tested these hypotheses.

I can provide logs if need be, though the log generated after enabling cloud sync on my work computer does not appear to be there anymore. (The logs only save the last 2 instances)

Edit: allow me to clarify a few things, I know the difference between my blueprint library and blueprints stored in a world. And I know for a fact blueprints stored in your library can be synced because after the initial erasure, any blueprints I added to my library on my work computer were later available on my home computer, and visa versa.
The sync works fine, I'm just noticing when a new installation is made, the information stored on the cloud is wiped clean. I don't think it should do this.

I'm not sure if this changed recently, but blueprints saved to your computer are not synced using cloud sync. If you use cloud sync to download a world to a new computer, only the blueprints that are stored IN the game save are copied.
