Factorio should be closed and system should be responsive!

I've had exactly same problem on Windows machine. Nvidia user too.
Never had problems before, but I was not using graphic card, since cooling upgrade I can use my card (finnaly, lol) and it happend first time.
Exactly what happend is :
I closed factorio by x button (didn't wanted to un-minimize it and exit properly) - but it failed.
Game started using 100% CPU and kept working,
I opened task manager and ordered it to close factorio,
than I got standard pop up about closing process might result in unstable system,
I accepted it and it was kind of blured when whole PC freezed. I guess like 2 frames of that window bluring out passed and than perma freeze happend.
I guess It might have been graphical output problem only, but on windows we don't have ctrl+alt+f1, so we will never know hahah.
What's strange is I've never seen any program freezing whole PC
