[RESOLVED] Error launching the game

Good evening,

I just bought the game about 30 minutes ago however when I run the game there is an error message.

Here is the error message:

Hi, try to open Factorio properties in Steam Library and verify game files integrity.

Can you try to delete D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Factorio\data\core\graphics\factorio-icon.png and then run verification of game files integrity again?

Do you use any antivirus program? What kind?

I have 3 security programs : AVAST Premium , IObit Malware Fighter and Malwarebytes

My problem is resolved ! :

Malwarebytes and AVAST were disabled but still they were blocking the launch of the game / file.

I have added all the files called factorio.png, factorio-icon.png etc to exclusions in all my security programs (AVAST Premium, Malwarebytes and IObit Malware Fighter) also added the .exe of the game to exclusion in AVAST.

The problem was that even though my software was disabled, they still protected my computer and blocked the launch of the game.

Thanks a lot for your help
